All that is expected of you when going on vacation/ time off is that you have made arrangements for your work to not be affected adversely. This is easy to do wtih a little planning so you can figure out who will cover for your while you are away.
Don't take too long a time off else you might not be needed!!!
Paid leaves only 15 days a year, sick + casual. Holidays are given for very few state and national holidays.
There is nothing much. Every year you can take a couple week vacation.
