    After working at albelli for 5 years you get a sabbatical. You get an additional two weeks of paid holiday and you can take up to two months leave. The sabbatical should include 4 weeks of paid holiday after 5 years of working for the company. You can work one day from home per week. The office has a canteen and offers subsidized lunch. You have the option of getting a company mobile phone (about one model behind new models) and plan paid by the company. The company does a good job in bring expats to the Netherlands and getting them settled including the 30% ruling for taxes We have 3 or so "floating holidays" per year, on top of a month of paid holiday. However, the company sets the date for the "floating holidays" and you must use them on that date. The employee should be able to use these anytime they want, truly "floating holidays".
