Everything they provided was really helpful
* Bangalore leadership is worst compared to other locations in India. * One of the so-called leader "Shruti Kulkarni" - Executive director called herself a "mayor of the center" she's doesn't even understand the tech stack what company is working on and treats her team members very badly. She expects everyone to butter her and people should align with her else the person will have a tough time... she has her own people well aligned with her and do things against the employees and the organization. She's very biased and unethical... NOT sure whether the US management team is aware of these things..... ZERO collaboration with other teams. She is just playing with her power! I request the new CEO to focus on these matters in Bangalore and fix else, people will start leaving. I won't recommend anyone to join Athenahealth. Because of such people, athena's name has spoiled in the market, No one is interested to work here! need your intervention in India (Bangalore)
