They will provide very less hike. Appraisal percentage is very low Too much deduction from salary.
basic words speaking test and basic typing test,3 practice test and then the final test .and simple ask for the over all qualifications and if you have experience shoe the all documents.

Best thing is you know your value once you join because these people will treat you like shit.
