Good bonuses depending on performance rating
We used to get performance bonus and we used to participate in management leadership programmes
It is based on how you perform in throughout the year.
No bonus for Trianees in there first and second year
Non transparent and bureaucratic control from the higher management. The criterion of ratings are not revealed to the grassroots employees.
The Performance Linked Bonus is quite good at the end of every financial year but the process of rating is lacking transparency and personal influences sometimes gain more weight.
