Can you change your 401k contribution amount specifically for bonuses, in the fidelity 401k? You can do this for Schwab 401k but not seeing an option for fidelity

    Log into net benefits and go to contributions, it’s splits ot out between regular pay and bonuses

    and no non-Roth after tax contributions :(

Do you think age (or perceived age) factors into promotions or raises? Curious about the typical age that people are promoted to principle, sr. manager, manager, etc, or does the vary by industry?
