Accenture interview I have received offer from Accenture . It is still in review. I have a query . There is an excel where all the fields are blank for the breakup and i am unable to edit it. Not sure what action i need to take and HR is not answering. Do i accept it and leave it like that or i need to take any action on the same. Hi all, 1) Accenture Strategy & Consulting - 22 LPA fixed, 3Lpa joining Bonus and 0-27% variable. Client 2) Mphasis - client BNP Paribas. HR informed today you have cleared all the rounds. HR discussion is scheduled for tomorrow. Have told my expected CTC as 25LPA fixed. I need serious advice as I haven't heard good about Mphasis as a company. So what should I consider looking into hikes, wlb, projects, etc. Mphasis & Accenture people please help to decide.
Hi Folks, I need your suggestion. Thanks in Advance. I have received the offer one and half months ago. The process so far - I received warm welcome to accenture mail, action items mail, and the status in the workday application changed from "Interviews completed" to "offer accepted". My concern is - whether my BGV completed or not? I am requesting to prepone the joining date as I can join immediately but the HR is telling BGV is still working under process. Kindly suggest me what I can do.
I joined Accenture 4 months back. I was allocated to 1 project as loaned resource. The project was very toxic and I have suffered so much in the project. So I have asked for release from the project. Then the operational lead of the project gave the negative feedback about me to my DU lead and he called me and told to ensure not to get negative feedback in any other project. Finally I got released. Why are these people behaving like this, just because I have asked release

Accenture is infamous for ghosting after conducting multiple rounds of interviews. So keep your options open Also I hope you have gone through Capability Network's reviews .
