I have accepted an offer from EY. Right now I was requested by the Onboarding spoc to fill some forms and upload some docs in DFMS(some digital file management thing). Just wanted to know If I submit the documents, does that mean I have to join thay company or I can choose other company incase I have a better offer. Please help.EY
Is the entire Big4 in India, specially Software Engineering a brokerage business to lend cheap labour to US nd pocket the difference at mass scale? I mean are there any productive work, product building initiative taken or just building wrapper & breeding toxicity is what defines the environment? Hi everyone, need help deciding between three SAP IBP offers. Priority is WLB, stability, and clean career progression. PwC India (Manager, Kolkata): ₹35L Fixed + up to 35% Variable. LTIMindtree (Kolkata): ₹41.5L CTC (~₹37.7L Fixed + 10% Variable). Entegris (Pune): Product GCC. Expecting ~₹44L Fixed + 10% Variable Is the Big 4 brand worth the burnout, or does the GCC product role justify uprooting the family? Or is LTM the safest middle ground? To anyone from Deloitte: I have a critical question. My last working day at my current company is July 31st, 2026. My Deloitte joining date, however, is August 3rd, 2026. Currently, the First Advantage website indicates 93% completion. Simultaneously, Deloitte's USI job portal states, "waiting for the Background check result." Could someone provide clarification on this situation? Specifically, when can I expect First Advantage to reach 100% completion? Additionally, is my joining date confirmed
When you accepted the offer already the expectation is that you're joining -_-
Yes they usually ask you to submit after you accept the offer. However, it still doesn’t mean you HAVE to join. You can say you got a better offer and decline
