What is ideal expected salary i can ask to HR. CCTC-4LPA Past & total Exp-2 years 8 months Expected CTC- 7-9 LPA Past exp- AI/ML, Bigdata, PowerBI Asking beacuse last HR call they only offer me fixed 7LPAšŸ˜‘ ( Service based Org) for which i am not happy. Can someone please tell me what would be better Expected range which i could ask. Thanks in advancešŸ™.

    Current fixed - 3.46 LPA New firm is offering me - 7.2LPA (No variable pay). Gratuity and PF will be there.

I got a offer from PwC for Manager Role and they offered 25 lakhs CTC fixed and 35 percent variable, but when asked the HR to lower the variable and increase the fixed he told this is the same for everyone at this role, can someone confirm me on this from PwC if this is true or not as 35 percent variable looks not normal to me , plz confirm on this
