I clear my interview and selected in Capgemini... HR is asking for my details along with "E-AADHAR CARD (Download again from UIDAI Portal and share password on email)".. Why is she asking for this... as per UIDAI guidelines we are not supposed to share our password with anyone... can anyone please clear me about that!!?
Hi everyone, I am joining Capgemini in two weeks. Does capgemini have transportation facility for Padappai route? Pincode 601301. Can anyone help me to check this out? HR said I can report at any location. But I wish to know this before joining. If anyone doesnt know Padappai, its 8 km away from Perungalathur in the oragadam route. This is really important for me as I couldn't travel long because of health issues. Any help is appreciated.
Hi Guys, So I need a suggestion I have an 2 offer from capegemini with 28 LPA for Senior consultant/C1 GCP Data Engineer and Another offer from IBM Which is 27 LPA + 2.3 Lakh Joining bonus. Now I want to request a Joining bonus from Capegemini HR (PS: The HR is not co-operative at all Her Exact words while negotiating salary were If any other company is giving more than this then feel free join them). Will I get any joining bonus or Need better leverage.

The discussion was positive overall, but the interviewer mentioned they were looking for someone with more experience. I have not yet received an official update.
