Worked on many weekends in May due to project timelines. My company was aware of it and the client manager confirmed in writing I'd be getting paid but my company is refusing to pay. It's not any Lala company but a big mid tier service firm. How to deal with such exploitation?

I am working in IBM since 15 years now, I have a offer with Infy, I am really getting a mixed reactions about going from IBM to Infy, I am confused whether its really makes more different in terms of work culture. Also IBM is trying to retain me with almost same packagez so need suggestion will it be a good switch or not.

Hi guys, I currently hold an offer from Deloitte USI for 15.3 LPA fixed + 1 Lakh joining bonus + 10% variable. Since then, I have received two new offers: EY GDS: 17 LPA fixed + 10% variable AutoZone: 21 LPA fixed My preference is to join Deloitte USI. I want to ask them to counter these offers, and I would be happy to sign if they can revise my fixed component to around 19 LPA. Given that I only have 10 days left in my notice period, what is the best way to approach HR for this negotiation?
