Accenture - 12.1 fi+ 21% var(HR said if I join in this May month I will get 8-10% of fixed salary as joining bonus) Need to come to office 1/2 days weekly, don't know exactly. 2. British Telecom Group - 13 fi+1.3 var, but in fixed salary only Employee pf and taxes will be deducted and employer pf, gratuity,internet Bills are not included in fixed. Need to come to office 3 days in a week. Please suggest me which one to take, Will Accenture match BT group offer?
