Their family is calling and chasing my father. But the catch is that the guy is slightly bald from the front but overall has a good personality. He is in the infantry so naturally he is very fit. My father is asking for a firm decision from my end so that he can proceed but I am unable to decide. This bald thing is bothering me. Advise.

I got an Offer from SAP LABS India 50 LPA (45 fixed+5 Variable) for an SAP FICO role. The position is Senior Product Specialist role. YOE-12.5. Current Co CTC- 45 LPA ( Fixed+ variable) + 6 LPA RSU. Is it worth considering the offer. Also what is the scope of Senior Product Specialist role.

I have Holding 3 offers IBM - Chennai: 13.17 LPA (12.2 fix) Doj May 22nd Cognizant - Hyderabad : 11LPA (10fixed) : May 25th Accenture - Hyderabad: 13.31 LPA (11Fixed) May 29th DOJ and Now Accenture ready to match CTC with IBM and ready to give Joining Bonus but Not agree DOJ changes They told me like we are With either May 26th or Same Date ( May 29th ) What should I do now? My IBM joining date is so close to me now.
