Hi fellow mates, Need some genuine advice and reality check about EY GDS. I currently have an offer for SAP Functional/Tech role and I’m seriously evaluating whether to join or not. I recently moved from Deloitte India within 10 months mainly because of heavy favouritism, poor culture, politics, and lack of work-life balance. • How is the actual work culture? • Is WLB manageable in SAP projects? • How are managers andand team culture in reality? • Is there too much politics/micromanagement?

Abey kaun gya hain offsite GDS main? SaT ki last call main clear cut bola tha ki we don't have budget for offsite, personal contribution karo and ghumo. Cheers!!
