Does HCL provide work from home? What was the situation pre covid? I live in Gurgaon and HCL doesn’t have an office here, would there be an expectation to travel to Noida everyday?

I have 4.7YOE with below offers HCL - 17.9 Fix + 1.1 variable (E2 Band, Technical Lead) Globant - 20.6 fix (Senior Software Engineer) Presidio solutions - 20fix + some benefits (Senior Engineer) Tech - .Net, Azure, Angular, React, SQL server. I have doubts like HCL hiring for bench, How many days will be safe on bench, How is resource management team, How's job security. Do I need to give client interviews? Presidio has good ambition box reviews globant has negative reviews.
Currently it is a Hybrid model. 2 days in a week to be working from office and 3 days from home. But it is mostly upto teams. And till now nobody has forced to come to office. Mostly it is based on the project and the team.
