I received campus placement offer at IBM conulting and received offer letter last week with 9th June as joining date however on the same day I received communication from HR regarding revised joining date. I have received some link for mandatory documents for onbording and uploaded same on portal, last month i filled BGV. Why does HR revise dates?
I have clear PDM round in oct -23, package also discussed with HR. After waiting for one month they send mail saying we didn't get approval not able to release offer letter
Same reply even I got. They are playing with candidates. Didn't expect this from ibm. Did you receive your offer letter?
It depends on the position. After the PDM round, you will have a compensation round discussion with the compensation team. Following this, you will receive an email, and you need to submit some e-forms provided by your recruiter. Afterward, they will process the offer letter, which you can access in the portal ( you will receive email from the portal about offer). For me, it took 20 days to receive the offer after the PDM round, along with this process. Check your application status.
Where can access the application status??
Wait for one week and then forget about it. For me it's been a month and still no update from them, HR kept saying it will take time. If you get it then enjoy.
