What is the salary structure of LTI? How much percentage is variable amount? Do they also add gratuity, medical insurance premium amount also in CTC?

Recently joined LTM as p3. Currently in citi account buffer pool, client interview is done. I heard many employees from LTM are converted as citi FTE if we're in citi manager's good book and got 100% hike from LTM CTC. Also I was informed that citi is a long term project, Is that true?

Finding the May payslip very confusing. Under the "Basic" category there is a "Balance" category, what is that? Also in the arrears column I have a negative value..like minus 1100. What is happening?
