Hi, I got an offer from robert Bosch software development (bgsw) as specialist level 52 in ERD department. Could someone from Bosch tell me if that department is good for a core developer from a product based company who expects constant innovative RnD work. My total yoe 8.5 years. Currently working as a lead developer in my company. I got 40% hike but my focus is more on quality of work we get than hike percentage. I applied for Senior Software Engineer I at Mckinsey but after 2 rounds i was let know they might consider me for SDE2. What should be the expectation for that given currently 20LPA.. I asked for the range for SD2 they provide Hr said in 30s, it can be less or more. I'm done with 4 rounds and about to receive call for in person discussion..so want to be prepared
Has anyone left a job within 3-4 weeks of joining it? Is there any repurcussion due to same? Hello All, YOE/Place- Almost 10/NCR region I have two offers in hand, could you please share your ideas of which one could be better? My criteria is overall career growth , WLB/flexibility etc At this stage I think a balance would be better for me but I am utterly confused. Most of the projects in bosch won't be that much challenging since it's not an product organization for software folks. If u are into AI/ML or big data the quality of work will be good. If you want good WLB with minimum work, u can join bosch. Hike will be mostly single digit or closer to 10 %. What's the ctc offered?
Not sure what ERD dept does. But more than 80 % of bosch projects supports their counter part in Germany. Mostly work won't be much challenging compared to other software product development firms..
Also is the annual hike is really bad as they say in glass door.
