How does Leave Without Pay (LWP) works? I dont have any leave balance and need atleast a month off due to my father's medical condition. I have requested LWP but I am worried if they can end my employment while I am not working. Also, do companies deposit EPF balance incase of LWPs?
The Hartford India offer — take it or leave it? Current: ₹32 LPA (100% fixed) Offer: ₹50 LPA (42L fixed | 8L variable) 56% overall hike. Fixed jump is 31%. Variable is 16% of total CTC. My YOE: 11 Current CTC: 32LPA I got a call from Capgemini for Walk in interview at Airoli Navi Mumbai. Cleared all rounds. Got a call from HR on monday ,asked me documents on mail and asked me my expectations. I told them i want same CTC because its been 1 month i changed the company, HR said 32Lpa is too much but i will try. After document shared, Till date its been 1 week no response from HR. What do you think guys, anyone faced similar situation? Capgemini are so poor that they cant pay?
I have received offer letter from a Company but this letter includes below clause that "I have to pay company a month’s gross salary as penalty If I accept the offer letter and didn’t join them due to some reason, can they take any legal action against me. The CTC is good but I got time on my hands before joining due to this clause I wont be able to look for other opportunities also I have other things running parallelly. I don't want the time and effort I put there go to waste.
I have an offer with Deutsche bank for 40LPA fixed and i have an offer with Xebia(tesco as client location) with 48LPA as fixed. Both are weekly twice to office. Current company is Dell. Having a fear to choose xebia but the package is good. Looking for suggestion! Deutsche is 25km far from home. Tesco is 6km from home. Female with family. If I choose xebia then what will happen to my future career switches. Will it become difficult to get into product firm again given Years of exp is 12.

Everything gets credited as per the number of working days you worked in the month. Are you informing in last moment or you informed them 2 months earlier? Usually no one terminates unless you have done something terrible
