Anyone changed base location to Pune? Please guide on steps if you moved to Pune successfully. I don't know where to start , my manager is onsite sonhe also don't have any idea. Also do we need to submit all assets from base location and get new from new base location?

Hi Folks, I am offered SG27 AI ML engineer role at Optum. 38fixed. 20%RRP. CtC 47 LPA. My current comp is 30 base + 15 RUS per year. I am looking to get stable career and to get out of Amazon’s pip culture. Do you think this is A reasonable offer?

I joined in Optum in 2021 as grade 27 in last quarter with 22 lpa fixed and 20% rrp totalling around 27 lpa ctc. So I got first hike in 2023 with 4* and 8% hike and 105% rrp. It was good and i thought it will continue but the next consecutive years we saw bad rrp in optum and at the same time my hikes were also bad and this year they simply skipped my rrp saying last 3 years I got only 3*. I felt bad and I'm sitting at close to 28 fixed and 35 ctc with almost 5.5 l as rrp which is of no use.
