      Career Pivot

      Epidemiologist
      5mo

I have been a statistical analyst at CDPHE for the last 3.5 years working with surveillance data. Before this i was a clinical research coordinator at children't hospital after getting my MPH. I want to transition to global health work (my MPH is in epidemiology and global health) and away from data-heavy roles, and do work more related to social determinants of health rather than diseases. What are next roles to look for to give me experience that will help me qualify for global health roles?

Seeking Advice on Positioning Myself as a Custom Website Developer Hi everyone, I’m a full-stack web developer (HTML/CSS/JS, React Node.js, MongoDB). I recently renamed my gig/service from “create portfolio” to “custom website development.” by offering three service tiers, I'm curious - What key phrases or titles would make my service stand out? - Any tips for establishing trust on platforms like Upwork? I appreciate any advice or suggestions from fellow community members!

If you haven't heard what Mindoula does or spoken with any one of the employees I have worked with here, I encourage you to check for yourself. The people that work here are magnificent and I can't understate how valuable their dedication to service and positive impact is and will continue to be.

      Retail & Hospitality Compensation

      Analyst

I am tired of listings that say "flexible schedule" when they actually mean you have to be available 24/7 while they give you twelve hours a week. I asked a hiring manager for a set Sunday off for childcare, and they basically ended the interview right there. Is it even possible to find a service job that respects a life outside of the building, or have we all just accepted that our souls belong to the roster?
