I'm consistently performing well and helping multiple accounts in crisis in the technical front. My salary is very low. My manager told me that he has raised salary revision and the Delivery head has approved it on April 20th. I haven't resigned, to be clear. It's been one month and nothing has happened, HR hasn't had any discussion. Is he bluffing? Is anyone aware of the process, hike% and how long it takes to receive a revised letter?
