Hi guys, any idea on TCS interactive unit. What kind of projects this unit deals with?

TCS ..Tata word is no more remained only consultancy services the word tata gone with our ratan tata sir..the person who kept lakhs of youth dreams ,hope, future, family alive..I know AI is the future but what about employees who gave decades of services..what about their families and their child education.. person stayed in this organisation who planned everything from his child education to securing his or her famil.. everyday person in tcs suffering and having nightmare what if I laid off..??
I'm consistently performing well and helping multiple accounts in crisis in the technical front. My salary is very low. My manager told me that he has raised salary revision and the Delivery head has approved it on April 20th. I haven't resigned, to be clear. It's been one month and nothing has happened, HR hasn't had any discussion. Is he bluffing? Is anyone aware of the process, hike% and how long it takes to receive a revised letter? I joined TCS on 1st April 2026 and got allocated to a project, but it has been almost 1.5 months and I still don’t have MS Teams/G Chat access, so I’m unable to start work. Different reasons were given (e.g., SWON balance issue), but nothing is pending from my end. I have already informed my lead/supervisor. Could this cause any issue for me, or has anyone faced a similar situation? What should I do?
It’s mostly new tech projects, but you will be loaned resource to Other vertical and your career progression would be hampered where project will blame TI and TI will blame Project.
Ultimatix comes under SSG which is different unit
