Tata Consultancy You guys are saying that the onboarding is on hold and then you guys are hiring for the same position for which candidates like us were already selected and submitted their documents. What will happen to us? Is it even possible that a company like TCS can reject the whole batch after taking documents from them and then hiring them freshly?
I attended a TCS interview last week. Both the Technical and Managerial rounds were conducted on the same day in a single call. The next day, a recruiter called and informed me that I was shortlisted. They also mentioned that HR/recruitment would contact me for document collection. However, I haven't received any communication since then. Has anyone experienced a similar situation with TCS? How long does it typically take for HR to reach out after being informed that you're shortlisted? Tata Con

Kya delay ki hai kya postponed ki hai Hume kya pata.. hum logo ke batch ke pass toh update nehi hai nahi humlogoko IBegin portal me kuch show hota hai just email me documents liya Gaya hai that's all!! Or koi response nehi milega toh kya sochega! Baki logo ke tarha iss batch ke pass offer letter nehi hai Bhai!!
