I need help with two things associated to TCS. . Please keep in mind to answer both on the basis of having experience less than 1 year in TCS. 1. Does TCS give any benifit for Marriage like leaves, monetory Or something? 2. If we received Joining Bonus and decide to resign within 1 year(inclusive of notice period). Please confirm if the notice period can be counted inclusive in one year or notice period should be seperate from 1 year of tenure for no deduction. Please help fishers.
Currently working in a mid-sized US-based service company (India office driven) with full WFH, great work-life balance, and a supportive team. For 1st u will get leaves if u have leave balance else loss of pay but they will give leaves.No money they will give for marriage but you can take salary advance.And u can enroll ur partner after marriage with out any additional premium 2.yes ur correct 1 year will be inclusive...u have to stay atleast 1 year including notice period to bond to be closed
