I am going to get the offer in TCS. I am an LTM employee with 5 years of experience. My last organisation was Cognizant. The main reason I left Cognizant was the toxic manager, he was the worst I ever seen. Now I am getting questions like if I get an offer in TCS during their background check do they ask cognizant about me, I know if they go there that Man will spit bad about me or do they just verify if I really worked in my previous organisations Just curious.

Hi Fishes, need help understanding actual monthly in-hand salary from this offer. I have received an offer of around ₹53 LPA CTC from TCS, but I am not very clear on how much of this will actually be paid monthly versus quarterly/annually as the components are too complex to understand as an outsider.
