Resigned from LTIMindtree in March 2026 with LWD in May. Despite being a top performer for 2 years and consistently receiving 4/4 ratings, my final rating was reduced to 1/4 after resignation, which impacted my variable pay eligibility. Be careful,guys....If you get selected in a company and have already cleared the L1 and L2 rounds, but the final HR negotiation round is still pending, and your notice period is one month or more, then if they find an immediate joiner, they may stop focusing on your profile. So it’s better to clarify these things in advance. Nowadays, this is happening on a very large scale.
Heard it can be great with decent pay. Can't say what SDE 2 would be in terms of pay, though. I'm sure you can find it on levels or glassdoor
I have a friend who works at Tesco and he's really happy with the work environment. Not sure about the pay, though.
I've heard good things about them too but I don't have much to offer in terms of details. I would definitely check Glassdoor, that's my go to for gauging what salary I should be asking for.
Average would be about ₹25-₹30, but I don't know if Tesco pays competitively, better or worse.
Tesco is a pretty good opportunity! I don't think salaries ar super competitive but there might be room to negotiate
