Can we apply for advance salary at Infosys ? If yes, then how and how much percent?

    Yes we can apply .. one month advance salary 6 months u can get this advantage. and it's not more than that .. every year u can take this

Resigned from LTIMindtree in March 2026 with LWD in May. Despite being a top performer for 2 years and consistently receiving 4/4 ratings, my final rating was reduced to 1/4 after resignation, which impacted my variable pay eligibility. Disappointing experience, especially when my managers acknowledged my contributions and performance throughout the year.
