How long does coforge take to release offer letter . I had hr round last week ,where I was asked to upload documents on their website.I have uploaded document on the same day itself but haven't heard back from HR since then . I see status as screening stage in candidate portal.

They gave me offer letter in 2 weeks of uploading document. Bt they mentioned there to join in 1 months. Now they are forcing me to resign first. I clearly told them no if i wont get a valid offer. Its been happening since last 2 months.

Actually I have given my 2nd round last Thursday, till now no update from hr
Overall it seems to me as bad experience with everyone
Ideally You should have recieved, if hr round was successful and you have uploaded the documents you should get it by within Max 1-2 days I hope there is no mismatch check with them if you can check else have patience you did your part if they need they will get back.
