Worst company to be in, the only pro here is the compensation they pay, apart from the compensation there is nothing to be really categorise it into Pro - toxic work culture, Dirty politics, apart from your work you need to be good in ass licking of your lead/manager, that can only take you to places - If you are really in need of a job and pay your finances go for it, and if you have multiple offers from a different organisation please re-consider first joining capri global tech - Cause sometimes it's just not about the money you need to take into consideration your mental and physical health too
