I am a simple guy with family responsibility. I work, complete the task by 7-8pm. I enjoy time with family and friends. Go to Gym. 💪 I am mostly getting around 4 ratings with doing normal work. People like me kindly comment down adivce/thougts for these people.
I have 3 Offers in hand HCL - 18Fix + 1L variable Globant - 20.6 Fix Presidio solutions - 20Fix with other benefits Tech: .Net, Angular, React, Azure. Exp: 4.7 YOE I have only 5 days left for joining Presidio has good ambition box reviews but it's a small company. Globant has negative reviews. Can you guys suggest which is good based on the above. Job security, WLB is my priority..
Rarely people are put in PIP. Worst performers I must say. But even managers stay out of putting anyone in PIP as they have to provide a lot of explanations to mgmnt to remove anyone.

Pip is kind of soft layoff.. performance improvement plan,when one is marked for low performance pip is initiated for them.. Chances of surviving pip is extremely low...Has PIP been initiated for you?

PIP is something which you will get if you are rated as 4 on your performance in a quater by your manager but hardly one will get it if he or she is totally not aligned with their work.

Never seen such off track answers. Guy has not joined and people are explaining pip to him. Internet in hand of arm chair expert. When someone is hired they are made to take a series of assessment based on their skillset . Ocean assessment is such an assessment.
