The Hartford India offer — take it or leave it? Current: ₹32 LPA (100% fixed) Offer: ₹50 LPA (42L fixed | 8L variable) 56% overall hike. Fixed jump is 31%. Variable is 16% of total CTC. My concern is the 8L variable — don't want to land in a situation where I'm chasing a number that never fully pays out. Anyone at The Hartford India? You should have minimum of 2 yoe for that… untill then companys would hardly consider you for a switch
