Guys i got the offer of hcl but bgv is amber because of some experience which i have not shown it was right after my college 6 years back...I have informed hr but they said it will be fine but after that there is no communication from them.... I have 3 Offers in hand HCL - 18Fix + 1L variable Globant - 20.6 Fix Presidio solutions - 20Fix with other benefits Tech: .Net, Angular, React, Azure. Exp: 4.7 YOE I have only 5 days left for joining Presidio has good ambition box reviews but it's a small company. Globant has negative reviews. Can you guys suggest which is good based on the above. Job security, WLB is my priority..
basically bgv companies just flags and sends to HR - this is a very minor flag or issue , should be fine - i have seen people having wrongful decietful designations also being fine.

no it wont cause , dont worry - just say that since it was not relevant experience you thought of not showing it but next time even if you dont show on cv , do show on bgv form
