Exp: 4.7 YOE I have only 5 days left for joining Presidio has good ambition box reviews but it's a small company. Globant has negative reviews. Can you guys suggest which is good based on the above. Job security, WLB is my priority..

Hi, Its been an year since I joined Incedo as Senior Software Engineer. Incedo is just like another Service based organisation but with some added advantages. It has that startup like hack & grow culture. I've been part of 2 different accounts and I felt same in either accounts. You get the liberty to explore in your work. Incedo is focusing on being cloud first organisation so its clients are also pushed to migrate to cloud. Incedo is investing alot on cloud training & certifications. And for last 3 months generative AI has also been added to the same list. WLB is also good. Officially 3 days WFO & 2 days WFH. This year's increment were bad, average increment throughout the organisation was 7%.

its ok interms of hike also its just normal 6-10% depends on project there are projects from which you can learn and there are few which are monotonous
What are the starting salaries in incedo for T1.5 college like Bits Goa? They are coming to my brother's college soon
Incedo is probably the worst company for freshers, especially from such good colleges. He is going to be trapped with menial projects, if at best, and there will be a lack of opportunities for him. He will be trained in outdated tech stack, will not get suitable projects and will eventually get frustrated. Believe me, I guarantee he will be better off somewhere else.
