Pls help me choose BP: 24 LPA fixed + 2 LPA Bonus + 0.5 share buyback - Pune Ascendion: 27 LPA Fixed - BLR Publicis Sapient: 26 LPA Fixed - Gurgaon (Near home) Easebuzz - 27 LPA Fixed - Pune EXL - 26 LPA Fixed - PAN India People are saying BP gives more than 100% bonus sometimes, plus BP is a PBC and seeing current market job security is best in BP. Not sure what to choose.

This may be controversial, but I’ve seen cases where Indian leadership at the top can harm a healthy work environment through micromanagement, unrealistic expectations, and poor work-life balance, pushing teams beyond their roles while cutting costs. After our UK management handed control to a new director in India, the team has increasingly been made to feel like underperformers despite consistent effort. I don't know if anyone else has experienced this!

2.8 LPA → 27 LPA. Just signed my first switch. 5 years ago, I joined HCLTech as a Manual Tester. Since then, my journey took me through Data Analytics, Data Engineering, and eventually GenAI. Once I got into GenAI, I started interviewing seriously. There were rejections, lessons, and plenty of learning along the way. Thanks to everyone who trusted me with opportunities beyond testing. A lot of late nights, self-doubt, learning, and growth. Worth it.

Offers: EY – 24 fixed + 8% variable LTM – 23 fixed + 10% Capgemini – 23 fixed + 10% Volkswagen GDS – 24 fixed + 10% Publicis Sapient – 27 fixed Metro GSC – 27 fixed Tiger Analytics – 27 fixed (Hyderabad) Most are Pune-based except Tiger. Which would you choose and why?
