Hi folks , need a suggestion . Is it worth to switch from Thoughtworks now to companies like Infosys , HCL . I have not got any offer. I want to switch from here . But is it ok to switch with in these or I should stay in TW itself instead of these typical service companies . What is your suggestion . Do you know any one who has actually switched to companies like TCS,cts,Infosys from Thoughtworks.
Could you please share insights on the current situation at Thoughtworks? I will be joining as a Project Manager in Bangalore and would like to understand whether there are sufficient projects available for project managers. Any suggestions or recommendations you may have would be greatly appreciated Thoughtworks. PS: I’m currently with Cognizant and relocating from Chennai to Bangalore, hence wish to understand if it’s really worth the relocation.
I had my interview at Thoughtworks, and I passed all the rounds of the interview now yesterday was the leadership round and today I got the call from recruiter that the feedback is positive BUT the client has put the position on hold. Do you think this is right after almost 4.5 - 5 hrs of so many interviews? And now the recruiter said he will get back if the position opens again in next 6 months, do you think this is ever going to happen at Thoughtworks now? Has anybody else faced this?
What's happening with the RL squad in I*FC? Constant bashing from client folks and a very toxic work culture. The EM feels like he's the main character from a dictator movie. I recently joined this account and heard good things from folks already working in it. But this reality is making me anxious and uncomfortable.
As someone who came from one of these companies to thoughtworks, I will suggest not to switch. I know the financial situation is not well in TW but still we are following some of the best practices and most of the projects are development projects.

Thanks for the suggestion . But my friends suggests don’t go for other service companies hence I’m afraid . I would any way try for better opportunities but I need to have at least one in hand so that I can look out in notice period
