Hi everyone, I’m an AWS Data Engineer with 5.5 years of experience. I’ve successfully cleared the L1 and L2 interview rounds for a new role at Wipro, and my L3 round is scheduled for tomorrow. Could anyone share some insights or advice on what kind of questions or topics I should expect at this stage? Any tips or shared experiences would be greatly appreciated! Thanks in advance!
I joined Wipro on May 22 after clearing 5 interview rounds, including the client round, for a specific B2 band project. After relocating near the client location. I was informed by the Delivery Manager that the position was already filled by another immediate joiner and there is currently no vacancy and HR is also not responding who processed my recruitment. I’ve been asked to wait 2 weeks. Has anyone faced this situation? What should I do next? Any genuine advice or guidance really helps me.
If we swipe after 12 am will be calculated for the day if not means, from when the day swipe in time will be started ? in wipro anyone have idea? Wipro anyone tried
Does bench period stop for an employee in Wipro if he/she is allocated to a project but not billable?
No layoff ,but u get salary for 45 days only in bench after that no salary ,so no point in having job without salary so people leave them self it is soft layoff there is no hard layoff in wipro

@Consultant, many has been put on LOP and finally asked to put on the paper.
That's why it's called soft layoff. No market Rumours happens and ...
No not yet.. only C2H whose contract expired without any future scope they were not renewed with their contractor and it happens in every organisation always. Wipro will put you on bench and at-last utilise you in any role but they don’t lay off
Can you give account name or domain.. because i have good sources in Wipro like Delivery manager to directors but haven’t got any such news
There are policies in some groups of Wipro, where they will put employees on bench, specially in case of testing/Scrum Master they cant find projects at all. On 35th day they call sweet term as 'HR consultation' starts, basically thats threataning call saying you have 10 days to look for project, else after that your employment will be at stake. So basically they will ask you to resign. Irrespective of top performer one has to face such situations. I am not sure market is that bad or organisation doesnt have project of skillsets.
