Pros

Culture encourages creativity. Fair compensation - if you know the market. Talented colleagues and leaders. Fast-paced environment which is good for people looking to grow skills.

Cons

Middle management not adequately empowered in many teams. You have to ask for increments which are typically delayed. You have to ask for everything. HR is weak. Support staffs do not have a... good reporting system. Its all over the place. This can get in the way of manager's doing work efficiently. Not necessarily a pro-employee agency. Esp at an individual level.

Advice to Management

Rejig organization structure and plan well into the future.
