Pros
Visionaries! Brilliant project outlines and a great way of forming a team with people from different professional backgrounds and cultures. Prime focus on combining Design and Science, through... collaboration and finally tying it in with an educational development programme. Thus turning it into a community development project.
Cons
Delay in Payment caused a bit of tension in the end after the project.
