Pros
Good for freshers who are not very sure of the direction they want to get into. This gives a good idea of the corporate world.
Cons
No growth, very less salaries, no recreational activities room. Orthodox and narrow minded people. No growth in terms of career
Advice to Management
Increase salaries and create a better non micro management atmosphere. Have office retreats, gatherings, off-sights!
