1. Induction and orientation programme here is fantastic 2. Cafeteria and food is very affordable and luscious 3. Gym and equipments are fantastic at most of the buildings 4. Medical insurance is... also good and easy to use 5. Salary is on time 6. There is a lot to learn and grow if you are on the right team at right time 7. Transportation facilities included

1. Depends upon your team and leads, sometimes it can be gruesome (though you can always complain to management anonymously) 2. Salary increment is slow
