I've only had good experiences with Accenture so far at 4 years.

Cons

Requires a lot of time management administration.

I worked at Creative Search Technologies full-time for more than a year

Pros

Have a good working enviroment with carrom, tt table and a proper workstation.

Cons

Assigning projects to employees are 99.99% biased, I'd say. Biased as in, depending on the universities plus how good are you to the top level. Hardworking and technical knowledge never plays a part... which is quite sad to see.

Advice to Management

Please do have a proper technical panel in order to do the reviews of employees and also to make decisions regarding to select employees to new projects.
