Employee friendly. Good environment. Good campus. Freedom and encouragement.

Cons

No identification for some hard working employees. Who are working from last 2 - 5 years or joined as a trainee and still working there, this people not getting the salary as per the industry... standards.

Advice to Management

Please your employees who are from a long time. This people are assets to the company. Even if you replace with someone you have to pay more salary to the new employee. Holding some inability people... and leaving highly talented people will never make us grow fast.
