Alban CAT is a company with a ton of opportunity to improve operationally. A great place to start your career.

Cons

Culture issues seem to permeate throughout the organization and do not seem to be getting addressed when necessary.

Consultant friendly. Business is profitable for FPD - compensation and beneftis are good.

Cons

No career path, advancement or succession planning. Company resists change, demostrates lack of vision and does not promote FPD and Cat, Inc mission and values. Ambivalent and entrenched executive... management unable to increase employee satification fostering a low morale and an adversarial environment.

Advice to Management

Behave in a respectful, open and honest manner. Live by the code. Demostrate a conern to leave an honorable legacy while counting the days to retirement.
