Pros
The support staff and recruiters are a great group of people. They work hard and play hard and truly strive to do a great job for their clients! The physical work atmosphere is generally fun,... pleasant, comfortable - suburban location so parking is free! The benefits were quite fair for the size company.
Cons
Company management needs to end the "big brother" mentally. There is a sense of being "watched" far too often - literally. The company leaders are genuinely nice people who strive to be great... communicators however often the opposite is true. They listen but don't hear. They speak at employees and not to. The leaders are so focused on the bottom line that corners are often cut to get a placement done and proper etiquette is not always followed. Management also spends far too much time on meetings to discuss sales/process vs letting employees do their jobs. Last - there is a lot of favoritism though the "favorite" of the week can change quickly so employees are often leery and the goal is to get the work done and stay under the radar.
Advice to Management
Listen to your employees. This is a company that can be managed on a daily basis from the bottom up and you'll be rewarded with the results.
