Pros

My company is ethically great, I saw people coming and leaving this company but management is the same. People who came in and failed in their organizational and management skills would talk... negatively, but they know that they gained the knowledge ie from management, the capability of living and earning are management's grace on them, they might forget but I witnessed them.

Cons

Validation and Assessment of the team - Management focused on being an employee-centric company over revenue-driven. They need to concentrate on business and then on people.

Advice to Management

Stop being over-empathetic about everyone. Not everyone will understand the value of the importance you give them. Most of them take advantage! Please focus on your business and good people will... anyways stay. Rotten Apples will anyway leave.
