Pros

I think that we are working more efficiently and better than ever since when we started working from home. I think that we have adjusted to working remotely and everyone has found ways to communicate... best with their teams. My team in particular has done a great job of keeping in touch with each other and staying up to date on client information. I’ve enjoyed working from home and appreciate the freedom. I also feel more safe and comfortable knowing that I can remain in one place and quarantine without sacrificing my ability to work.

Cons

Meetings could be more streamlined between teams virtually.
