Pros

- young and dynamic environment - empowering leadership and positive communication - growing and innovative business - fun to work

Cons

- sometimes the business planning takes too long, I would wish for faster decisions --> BUT they try there best and in several aspects, they implemented changes surprisingly fast like 100%... flexibility and home office policy

Advice to Management

- continue your great role modeling and transparency! - try to listen and understand all of your stakeholders even better when implementing changes
