Former Employee - Anonymous Employee

I worked at Bally Technologies full-time

Pros

Good overall ,Work Life Balance

Cons

Nothing as such , all Good only

Former Employee - Anonymous Employee

I worked at Konami Gaming, Inc. full-time

Pros

They have electricity and running water.

Cons

Toxic work environment. Incompetent middle managers. CEO should consider retirement. It’s time for the parent company to consider cleaning house.

Advice to Management

Employees are fleeing for the exits. The mentality of management is stuck in the 90s, i.e., obsolete ideas. Most managers are obsessed with control which coveys a lack of trust in employees. Execs... seem to value style over substance and thus miss out on hiring competent thoughtful managers. Employees are treated like faceless resources. And it’s going downhill fast. Parent company should consider intervening because the current c-level is in over their heads.
