Featured Review

Former Employee - Senior Programmer Analyst

I worked at Bank of America full-time for more than a year

Pros

Great work life balance, Employee friendly environment with ethics

Cons

Lack of onshore opportunity, Too much process and control involved

Current Employee - Anonymous Employee

I have been working at Wells Fargo full-time for more than 3 years

Pros

The experience is good at Knowledge services. Analytics is still in baby steps in India offices, but growth is a good offering here.

Cons

Heard about some of the office politics at play in a few teams. Salary is not too great, and sometimes you can get bored with the quality of work.

Advice to Management

Improve on the canteens, smelly restrooms are pleasure to none. Removing tea cups from breakout areas is a bad decision.
